We received impeccable service! We arrived late, but were greeted in a very friendly manner. We checked out our room, which was clean and very spacious. We decided to go for a walk to a local shop, and received perfect directions from reception. The only (minor) complaint that I would have is that the water pressure, in the shower, was very low.
They look after the guest very well. When we got to the Hotel, due to a leak the hallway carpet was very smelly. I had a chat with them and asked to change my room to another level. They did not have anything at same rate available in other floors, so they upgraded our room for free so they can move us to higher floor. Also, we liked the Breakfast buffet as well.
Excellent customer service on front reception. We were completely stuffed around for the first two nights of our stay but the staff were great. Great family rooms. Great parking facilities. Although can get quiet busy. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Steak is horrible. Other food is okay.
