Great location. Nice clean rooms and spacious room facing the front. Gym and pool facilities located on level 19. Great view of Mong Kok building structure. Not too far from the centre. The cleaning service was great and the young lady serving level 7 was very pleasant and helpful. There was a couple of nights were there was loud noises coming from the room above 719. WiFi was a bit patchy The price was reasonable. We stayed there for 11 nights. The concierge was helpful in securing our case when we checked out. We would come here again despite the noise and patchy WiFi. It was fairly easy to get to and with shops and restaurants nearby - breakfast, lunch and dinner was sorted.
Found this hotel clean and tidy, the staff at the desk and concierge were super friendly and helpful, even translated from English the name of the place I wanted to visit for the taxi drivers to find easily. however the staff in the restaurant seemed grumpy and rude. Not sure if it was the language barrier but felt like we were an inconvenience to them and they would serve locals ahead of us, even when we were there first and asked for things first 🤷🏻♀️ Good location. Loved that it was walking distance to McDonalds! View was ok.
The room size is pretty good considering this is in Hong Kong. However, it's a little dated. The carpet has a dark color so it's hard to tell if it is clean or not. But it does smell because of the humidity. There is no daily maid service and you have to call housekeeping to collect trash and replace towels. WiFi is so slow that it's useless if you consider checking in works or streaming videos. The location is a little far from the Mong Kok area (10-15 minutes walk) and Metro stations. I can't say I would stay here again even though the rooms are large and cheaper than The Cityview Hotel.
