Metropark Hotel Mongkok

We stayed at this hotel for about a month. We want to give special thanks to Ms. Li on the fourth floor. She made our stay extra pleasant. She was very considerate and always put the customers' needs first. We were well taken care of by her service.

Pros- location, convenience, water pressure is strong, standing shower, bathroom has a some sort of the built in bench/seat (good for elderly with weak knees or sit kids down for bath time), decent size room for a HK hotel, ample hangers, big TV screen with many channels, bright lighting, house keeping is prompt, service overall is good. Cons- big hotel more guests naturally, drop off point is not at the address but at Portland Street (side entrance), room furnishing is old and chipped, carpet is old, the safe was not working, the fridge was definitely not working even though it’s lit, not the best sound proofing.

Just stayed for 2 days 1 night. The room is bigger then what I expected, location wise is nice as airport bus stop just in front of the hotel (from airport). There are a lot of food available behind the hotel even until mid night. Is just a bit crowded when is check in and check out time
