Metropark Lido Hotel Beijing

The staff is very courteous and helpful. The lobby is large and upscale. The room was nice but a little worn. I guess that should be expected. They have a spa and a fitness center that looked nice but I did not use them. I did use the pool which was spacious and clean. There are a number of shops down the hallway toward the pool/fitness center, mostly clothing. What I got for what I paid was well worth it.

the cleaners were nice, rooms were tidy too, but i suggest having more toiletries like shower caps or cotton buds the check-in and check-out progress were bad, took so long, and the receptionists were unfriendly.

A little dated but clean and accessible to most of everything in Beijing. Service is outstanding and food offerings are good. The staff of the coffee bar go above and beyond to satisfy customers.
