Location is one of the most ideal places. Shopping mall and Old Prague are definitely walkable from this hotel. The view from the top of the hotel is superb. If you can mind the small fridge, mustangs that pass by loudly, and horribly slow elevators, this hotel is great.

Great location, everything is within 5 minutes. Small rooms but high quality ones. Amazing view if you book a high floor. The reception is is not that friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Too expensive though.

Absolutely terrible experience — never again.The reception staff were absolutely pathetic — extremely rude with a huge attitude problem and lacking even the most basic knowledge of customer service or how to handle payments. One of the receptionists was slouching at the desk during check-in, showing no respect or professionalism, and was unable to issue a proper receipt.The cleaning staff didn’t even greet guests when meeting them in common areas, which added to the overall sense of disrespect and poor service. The hotel was also incredibly noisy. I travel very frequently, and this was by far my worst hotel experience to date. I definitely do not recommend this accommodation. Due to the staff’s incompetence and the overall poor conditions, I was only able to sleep for 3 hours. This stay severely impacted my well-being, and I believe I am entitled to a full refund. It is unacceptable to pay for a service that fails on every basic level — from noise levels to staff behavior and professionalism
