Metropole Suites South Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Metropole Suites South Beach. The front desk staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful. Their flexibility made everything smoother for us, and we truly appreciated that. The price was also excellent, especially considering the size and quality of the suite. It’s hard to find something that spacious at such a good rate in South Beach. The suite itself was perfect for our group of five. It had a large living room and a full kitchen, which gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so easy and enjoyable!

Im having an amazing experience during my stay at hotel metropole! The room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location is perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. I especially want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Maria at the front desk. She was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. From helping me with check-in to answering all my questions, she made my stay even more enjoyable. I stayed at Metropole Suites South Beach and overall enjoyed the location and the accommodations. The front desk staff was kind and helpful during my stay, but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by how the South Beach Group, which oversees the hotel and handles reservation policies, dealt with a change in my plans. I contacted them in advance to request an early check-out and was told there would be a full night’s charge as an early departure fee. I followed up by email to ask for a waiver, especially since the confirmation only says a penalty may apply—but received a rude reply without any consideration. I followed up again and was ignored. The hotel itself was nice, but the lack of transparency and communication from the management company left a bad final impression. It’s disappointing when decisions are handled impersonally and without acknowledgment of good-faith efforts by the guest
