This hotel is a gem. Great location and quiet. A mini shuttle to shopping or walk 15 minutes. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. This hotel is a new member to the Hilton collection and it is more than worthy. As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I am more than satisfied. The only minor issue was AC in the gym was out. I am not sure why the ratings for this hotel are a little low. Maybe not a 5 star but very close. Rates reasonable.staying here now. The Hotel is close to the BTS Train system Prom Prong Station. 15 minutes walk or shuttle. Maybe she best best value in Bangkok.

It’s a great hotel. It’s NOT a hilton resort. It’s comparable to a Tru by Hilton or inn. Clean, efficient & kind staff. I got the standard king studio room & it comes with a balcony, washer & dryer, stove, sink, full fridge. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs with sides. The staff stops by every morning and asks if you want more towels & water or room cleaning. The pool is relaxing, and next to the gym and sauna

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and would like to start by appreciating the staff – they were friendly, helpful, and provided great service throughout our stay. Their professionalism and attitude truly stood out and made parts of our stay more pleasant. However, I was quite disappointed with several aspects of the experience. As a Hilton Family member, I had expected a higher standard, especially when traveling with family. The variety of items in the breakfast was very limited and not up to the usual Hilton standard – quite a letdown. Additionally, the overall condition of the hotel was not impressive. The furniture and decor looked dated and in need of refurbishment, which affected the overall feel of the room and common areas. Most disappointing was that none of the requests made during booking were honored. I had specifically asked for an extra bed for my 8-year-old child and a slightly larger room with a view, but unfortunately, these were overlooked. It was both frustrating and embarrassing to face these issues, especially as a loyal Hilton guest. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the guest experience, as the location and staff deserve a better infrastructure and service standard to match.
