Metropolitan at The 9 Autograph Collection

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights and it was a wonderful experience! David was at the front desk to check us in and he was incredibly friendly and personable. He gave us all of the information we needed as well as some great recommendations on things to do during our stay. Every employee that we saw in passing was also very friendly and made it a point to say hello to us. We ordered room service, which arrived very promptly and was delicious. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is in an excellent location, right across the street from a parking garage. There are a lot of places in walking distance, and there are a lot of Uber drivers in the area making the wait time for a ride almost nonexistent. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and will definitely be back in the future!

Great Stay with a Minor Quirk Overall, an awesome experience at The 9 in Cleveland. The food was fantastic, the service was top-notch, and the ambiance throughout the hotel was stylish and memorable. It definitely lives up to the hype. That said, one heads-up for travelers: the bathroom setup in the rooms is very open. In my friend’s room, there was no door to the bathroom at all—which got a little awkward with multiple people sharing the space. My room had the shower right in the main living area. Fine for a romantic getaway, but maybe not ideal if you’re in town with friends for a concert or a game. Still, the positives far outweighed the quirks, and I’d absolutely stay here again—with the right company.

But the true hidden gem is downstairs in the Vault. Stepping into this speakeasy-style bar feels like traveling back to the Roaring 20s. The atmosphere is electric, the drinks are phenomenal, and every guest is treated like a VIP. If you're looking for a place that combines elegance, fun, and unforgettable vibes—this is it.
