Staff are super attentive. Even to requests I made on trip.com app. This is the first time ANY hotel staff paid attention to these requests from third party travel apps. Shout out to K.Sabin and his colleagues who took initiative to assist us with the airport transfer when Bolt drivers tried to rip me off with a 100% surcharge. Interiors are older but very well maintained. Very impressive. I just wanted to get away in the midst of bangkok city and this place is way better than any big name global hospitality brand chain.

The best boutique hotel in Bangkok. Como is the type of place that remembers everything about the guest - food preferences, name, spa therapist, room preference. it's this personalization and warm hospitality that make myself and my family return every year. unbeatable value, incredible food, world class spa treatments, comfortable quiet rooms and great service. I always think i should try a different hotel in Bangkok as come 4 times a year but can't go past Como as it's like returning home. thank you 🙏💫

A Serene Oasis in the Heart of Bangkok! My stay at COMO Metropolitan Bangkok was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's minimalist yet elegant design, which truly creates a sense of calm amidst the city's vibrant energy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always greeting me with a genuine smile and going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable – truly a haven after a day of exploring. The little touches, like the complimentary yoga mat and high-quality amenities, really made a difference. The COMO Shambhala Urban Escape is a must-visit. The pool area is a tranquil oasis, perfect for unwinding, and the spa treatments were heavenly. Dining at Nahm was also a highlight – the food was exquisite, showcasing the best of Thai cuisine. The location is excellent, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to public transport (Chong Nonsi BTS is a short walk) and many of Bangkok's attractions. Whether you're a wellness enthusiast, a business traveler, or a couple seeking a quiet luxury experience, COMO Metropolitan Bangkok hits all the right notes. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return!
