Was there for 3 days on a busy business trip. The hotel staff were most warming, friendly and attentive. Jack the bartender made me an excellent cappuccino in line with my request. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location was great 2 mins from Frankfurt Main station The accommodation was comfortable with a good size bathroom. Overall, great Hotel and made my trip less stressful. Looking forward to my next stay there.
Excellent service at the reception and outstanding staff! The reception team was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. After my departure, I realized I had forgotten a piece of clothing in the room. The staff - especially Mr. Haschemi, who was incredibly helpful and professional - went above and beyond to assist me. They promptly arranged for the item to be returned to me by post.
The hotel is very clean, overall good quality. However, strongly disadvise a room next to the elevator. Not well isolated, I just could not sleep at all for the night. Went to inform the reception in the middle of the night, the information was apparently not transmitted to the receptionist taking over in the morning. I had to explain that, regardless of the standard of the room, one should not undergo such disturbance in an hotel. I had the impression that they were already aware of this issue, for which I was not informed. I was offered a partial refunding only, despite not sleeping at all the whole night. To note the lady serving the breakfast in the morning was very welcoming and helpful!
