I had an excellent stay at the Metropolitan Hotel for over a month during a medical visit that lead me to keep having to extend my stay. The location, rooms and amenities were great. The staff were very friendly, helpful and ensured I had everything I needed. It truly felt like home. Very grateful to Ahmed (manager at reception) and all the staff - from reception personnel, to housekeeping, to room service - for taking good care of me.

I had a very disappointing experience at Metropolitan Hotel Dubai. I was staying with my one-month-old baby and couldn’t leave the room to pick up my food delivery. I kindly asked the staff if they could bring the order up to my room since I physically couldn’t carry my baby . Shockingly, they refused to help and insisted I go down myself. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a supposed 4-star hotel. As a new mother, I expected at least some basic understanding and assistance. Unfortunately, I received none. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children or looking for decent customer service.
