Metropolitan Hotel Sofia a member of Radisson Individuals

Stayed here June 2025 for only one night but I will definitely be back again for my next trip - it was such a pleasant stay. The receptionist was so lovely making sure I had everything I needed as I checked in rather late. The waiter at breakfast was also very accommodating, he showed me what I could and couldn't eat after I informed him of my dietary requirements and there were plenty of food options available. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom was also very clean. The only thing I struggled with was not having a mirror in the room - the only mirror is in the bathroom.

Such a pleasant stay! We really enjoyed it. The staff were always friendly and very helpful and accommodating. The room was big with an extremely comfortable bed. Their towels are so soft and the water in the hotel is great quality. The breakfast is so tasty and there is a huge variety of food options. I looked forward to waking up early just to eat it 😁 Will definitely come back! Kudos to everyone at the front desk and the restaurant staff!

Cleanliness is very important to me and I haven't stayed in such a clean and well-maintained hotel for many years. Therefore, I was very apprehensive when I entered the room. However, when I got to the room, the sheets and bathroom were spotless and very modernly decorated. It was also great that there was no carpet on the floor. There's a bad smell when you enter a hotel room, but here it was just perfect.
