Metropolitan Hotel

What a great little hotel! The rooms are very clean. The bed is very comfortable. Everything is in good repair. The neighborhood is not so noisy. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast buffet has everything one could want. You walk two blocks and you are at the sea. There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby. I will definitely stay here again.

Good hotel with adequate location + parking available nearby with slot reservation provided by the hotel. The breakfast is fresh and diverse. The rooms are surprisingly spacious BUT it's loud as hell - no sound proofing between the rooms whatsoever. If you are fine with that or you would like to bring the kids along it's a great choice for staying in Thessaloniki outside the crowded regions with very adequate bus service connecting to downtown. Visited for a second time this year. It was less crowded and we had couple of nights of food sleep. Visited for a third time and everything was perfect.

Checkin 24/7. WiFi is absolutely great! Very fast in down and uploading also for bigger data. Room is new renovated, matrasses were ok. Sometimes a little loud when someone is talking on the corridor. Right next to the hotel is a small supermarket and some coffees and kiosk. City Centre by bus in less than 20 minutes by foot in 30 minutes. Sea promenade just 5 minutes by foot (NO beach in whole Thessaloniki! Can be reached by bus - takes 1 hour.) But think about the city tax - every night 10€!! That’s way too much. So for me the first and last time in Thessaloniki.
