Metropolo by Golden Tulip

We are currently staying here and it’s perfect! The location is a 15/20min tram ride into the main town( it was £2.42 for two people- one way),tram station is a 5min walk from hotel. Aldi is not far to go for a few snacks/ drinks if needed. The restaurant we tried out last night and again perfect! The food was excellent and presented well- very large portions. Staff have all been helpful and friendly, we got here early and stored our bags with no issues, until we came back to check in later in the day. The room- we are up on the 5th floor, no issues with noise. It is big, clean and the bathroom is big enough and clean. The beds are comfortable. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Thank-you to all the staff here for making our stay just perfect.

It's close to the city centre and you can get there by tram or car easily. Great for exploring Krakow. Nice surroundings and big rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner, overall very modern and clean.

Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist made a real difference and left a great impression. She handled everything with care and respect, and we truly appreciated her support. Patryk was also incredibly respectful and helpful. He kindly assisted us with unloading our luggage, showing genuine professionalism and a cooperative spirit. His polite demeanor and positive attitude made the experience smooth and pleasant. Thank you both for your excellent service — it truly made our experience more comfortable and enjoyable
