The hotel is located in an excellent location in Istanbul next to the Blue Mosque. The lives are spectacular. I greatly appreciate the hotel employees because when I got home, I realized that I had lost a ring in the hotel room and they looked for it and gave me thousands of alternatives to give it to me despite the distance since I was not I live in Istanbul... I honestly gave it up for lost :(, but the disposition of the hotel and its employees is exemplary... thanks to that I already have my ring. I will definitely return.

Terrifying Experience My group of 3 friends and I were in our room when, at 10:30 pm, the hotel alarms went off at intervals. When we contacted the reception to inquire about what was happening, they told us that they were conducting tests, but did not provide any further information. As time passed, 3 more alarms went off, and we heard movements, male voices, and the sound of furniture being moved in the hotel. However, when we asked the reception about what was happening, they did not provide any explanation. This caused great panic among us, as we thought someone had entered the hotel. What is even more concerning is that, when we tried to contact the police, the reception staff told us it was not necessary and did not allow them to enter the hotel. Additionally, when we contacted the embassy, they told us that the hotel had informed them that there had been a kitchen fire, which does not match what they told us. To make matters worse, when we asked the receptionists what was happening, they told us that we had to go to the reception to find out. This was completely unacceptable, as we felt very insecure. The alarms started at 10:30 pm and stopped around 12 am. This morning, when we checked out early to move to another hotel, the receptionist laughed and told us "things happen in hotels". This was the height of unprofessionalism and disrespect. Personally, we have traveled to over 30 countries and never had a similar experience. The fact that they laughed and did not provide explanations was even more annoying. The truth is that we cannot believe the ineptitude and lack of hospitality shown by the hotel staff. We have never experienced such a terrifying experience. The breakfast is nothing like the pictures on google. Don’t stay at this hotel. And just to finish, the room smelled horrible
