Awesome place and really affordable...the service is 5 star, we had an issue with the shower in the room, made the report to the front desk and it was by the time we got back. The breakfast is great..lots of options and the staff was very friendly....the rooms are big and clean they have very exceptional cleaning staff. Great location with parking available.
Starting with the ‘not so’ positives which are - the air con seems to do whatever it wants and I don’t think guests can control it so it is on all day at very cold (which is nice to cool down but not for 8 hours when trying to sleep). Also, as others mention there seems to be an ongoing issue with hot water in the room and the shower was cold most days. However, the room was spacious, clean, had a fridge & good (English) tv channels. The pool and gym were decent also. I found the staff very helpful especially when explaining how to get the local R1 buses. Location of the hotel is also exellent as it is 2 mins from the big green supermarket & about 5 mins from the ADO station. I enjoyed my stay 👍🏻
The hotel is acceptable in terms of what you can get for what you have paid for…. Room noisy and shower poor. Expect a bad service. If you want to leave your luggage at the reception you need to paid extra and if your breakfast is not included and you arrive in the breakfast they escort you to the cash in the front desk to pay before, like if you were going to thief the breakfast. Last, but not least, 2 hours before closing the breakfast there is no food and they say that is over instead of putting more food.
