Rooms are a bit dated but nice and spacious. They are also fairly quiet. The hotel has a nice gym, spa and pool area. The executive lounge on the top floor is also very nice with good food options for breakfast and dinner. The location of the hotel is also unbeatable and it’s a decent price. My room was fairly clean but sometimes Towels were not replaced and also my room wasn’t finished when I originally check in even though I was given the key. One of the reception ladies wasn’t very helpful and gave me the wrong bill for another person. Small issues though and overall good experience.
Before staying at the Mexico City Marriott Reforma Hotel, I tried three different hotels, including the Sheraton and the Hotel Marquis Reforma. I even saved the last one to review again on my next trip. But honestly, I didn’t feel truly comfortable or at home until I arrived at the Marriott Reforma. This hotel stands out for its welcoming atmosphere, professional staff, and exceptional service. The team is not only well-trained and attentive but also genuinely understands how to treat guests , they always find a way to make you feel better. Communication is smooth, and their positive energy adds a great vibe to the stay. The room was excellent , far better than others I experienced nearby. Clean, well-maintained, and with quality amenities. The location is central, and the service overall is superior compared to other hotels in the area. The on-site restaurant is also a highlight. The food was delicious, the prices were fair, and the service was top-notch. It truly made my stay more satisfying. NOTE 🗒️ : I’m giving this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the traffic in the area. The location can get very congested due to frequent events and city traffic. So if you have tight travel plans or driving around the city, be prepared for possible delays. Recommendation: For newcomers to Mexico City, this is a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!
Room was a tad dated but very clean and room service was prompt. Front desk staff were extremely friendly. Concierge Lounge was very large and I enjoyed having breakfast there each morning. The steakhouse was amazing and good value. I didn’t enjoy the restaurant at the main bar so much, burger looked and tasted like a Bubba Burger (not what I was looking for). Gym was smallish and it smelled a bit (I opted to run on Reforma instead). The area surrounding the hotel is very nice and a bit touristy (but not in a bad way). I would 100% stay here again. I’ve included a picture of the M Lounge.
