Stayed for 3 days in the beginning of june 2025. We were a group of 4 adults and a kid and all satisfied somehow. The business has recently changed hands. Mr. Burak at the front desk and reception and the new manager Mr. Kerem did their best to make our visit peaceful and comfortable. We would like to thank them. Summary for the hotel: excellent location, hygienic accommodation... the business is a bit tired but they stated that they plan to improve it with renovations. We will definitely come again...
Fantastic hotel. Rooms, room service and hygiene levels are fantastic. Location is great and couldn’t recommend it more. Have already re-booked my stay for next time!
The hotel wasn’t even open when I arrived, despite it having been listed as a hotel with 24 hour check in. It was my first day in Istanbul after being abroad for a long time. After a long flight this isn’t what you want. I had to find another hotel. If someone didn’t have Internet and arrived, they would be in extreme trouble, it’s very dangerous and no one contacted me to say it was shut down.
