Mezzo Hotel

I attended a friend’s wedding at Mezzo Hotel and honestly, my experience was much better than what I’ve seen in other reviews. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The food was generally good—especially the main dishes and desserts—though the pasta could’ve used more flavor. One thing I appreciated was that Mezzo is among the few hotels that actually allow guests to take home leftover food. That’s real value for money, especially during events! Some complaints I’ve heard were about the venue being too small or cramped, but in our case, the venue was grand and spacious. It turns out, the issue wasn’t the hotel—it was the wedding coordinator. From what I observed, the coordinator failed to communicate properly with both the hotel and the couple. It looked like they booked a smaller venue for over 100 guests, possibly to increase their own commission, leading to an overcrowded setup. In my opinion, Mezzo Hotel delivered a good experience overall. The problem wasn’t the place, but the planning. Don’t judge the hotel based on poor coordination—it has potential to offer a great experience when handled right.

We had our wedding last June at Mezzo's Rome ABC Function Hall. My husband and I are so thankful for the spacious venue. What was promised during the ocular visit was fully delivered. Sir Kyle, the sales coordinator assigned to us, took note of all the details we wanted and everything was executed beautifully. He was also able to communicate clearly to our wedding coor. Our families and guests had plenty of space to dance and celebrate. We’re also deeply grateful to Sir Jonathan, who took hospitality to the next level. Our families and guests who stayed at the hotel were in awe of the service from arrival to checkout. The satisfying breakfast buffet also deserves compliments.

100% NOT RECOMMENDED❌️❌️❌ ️I couldn't suggest this hotel to anyone. I was present at my close friend's wedding, which took place at the Mezzo Hotel on June 14, 2025. Everyone was anticipating the most thrilling part of the event—dinner—and was also excited to witness their once in a lifetime special day. Nevertheless, we encountered the so-called "expectation vs. reality"; we had assumed that the food would be excellent and had sampled little portions of each item to try them all, but the actual experience was appalling; the food was all bland and unfit for a hotel buffet. Event hall wasn't spacious, space provided was only for a 50pax!!! Never chose this hotel for a special event. If there's a rating of 0, I would choose it without a doubt.
