I visited this place yesterday and had one of the worst dining experiences. From the moment we arrived, the staff felt unwelcoming—especially the waitress, who seemed uninterested in serving us. The biggest issue, however, came as we were leaving. We went downstairs to request an Uber, and since I’m new to the area, I didn’t realize I wasn’t “allowed” to sit on the couch in the reception area while waiting. I was told I should’ve requested my ride while still inside the restaurant. That made no sense at all—especially since the couch is in the same establishment, the area was completely empty, and there were plenty of unused chairs. The lack of basic hospitality was shocking. As for the food: it was disappointing. We ordered pasta with beef, which was overly salty. The 1/4 chicken tasted off—the meat didn’t seem fresh, and I couldn’t even finish it. Overall, a very poor experience. I wouldn’t return, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I visited this restaurant recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the service. The digital menu system wasn’t working and when we asked to order manually, the staff refused and insisted we use the system. After some time, it eventually worked on my phone but the service remained poor throughout. The waiters were rude, unapproachable, and clearly uninterested in providing a welcoming experience. They didn’t introduce themselves, didn’t check on us at any point, and dropped the food at the table without a word or smile. It genuinely felt like they didn’t want to be there. The lack of basic customer service ruined the whole experience.

No customer service and friendliness from the restaurant expect for one absolutely Todani. You pay and wait for your food to be served over 1:12 minutes without any communication no hostess.
