MGM Grand Detroit

It is a very nice hotel with a casino. It's very clean and the shower in the room was the best shower I have ever had in my room. They have garage parking or you can do valet parking. There are a couple of different restaurants you can choose for food. The staff was very nice. Greg W, who works in the casino, is awesome. He went out of his way to find me coffee, and I appreciate that so much. They were in the middle of a remodel when we were there, but there were still plenty of games to play. I hope to be back.

Went to MGM Grand Casino on a Saturday night. It is the nicest casino that I've been to in Detroit. The casino was clean and seemed well maintained . I spent a lot of time in one of the sports bars watching a tiger's game. The bar tender was attentive and made a great margarita. There is plenty of parking but since it was Saturday night getting in and out was a challenge. Overall this is were I would return to for gambling in Detroit.

We’ve stayed at MGM Detroit every year for the past 10 years for our anniversary. It used to be a luxurious, high-end experience, but over time the quality and service have steadily declined while prices keep going up. Concierge-level perks and special touches are gone, and it feels like cost-cutting has taken priority over guest experience. Disappointing for loyal guests. Hoping they bring back the excellence that once made this place stand out.
