Wonderful stay at this super Hotel, well designed for both aesthetic and comfort. Walking distance to the main ski resort gondola. Great facilities, including larger than usual spa area for 30+ people. Rooms are spacious, elegant and warm with sizeable luxurious bathrooms. Excellent Jazz one evening and Petula the hotel French Bulldog often present to greet and accept affection. In summary a splendid hotel made perfect by the warm personable service of all the staff, though with particular mention, most worthy to Lidia who has been professional helpful and good fun. Looking forward to returning next year. Thank you, great job 👊😘

Wow! Just brilliant! Great location, service is utterly amazing, special note to Lydia on reception who really went above and beyond throughout our stay. The rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious and spotlessly clean. A really brilliant overall experience. Even the little hotel dog Petula was amazing. Thoroughly recommended 😁

Fantastic location, car is definitely needed for skiing - but just a short walk into the town. Spa is great, very clean and a brilliant range of facilities from Sauna and Steam to Plunge Pool and Jacuzzi. Even a cool tropical shower ! Rooms are nice, bathroom felt a little grubby, but definitely one of the better hotels in the town - the cheap quality linen and towels could definitely be improved for the money this place is charging in peak season. With that said, the hotel is quite stubborn on the towels, it is expected and highly encouraged around the hotel to use the same towel throughout your stay - even for the spa. Breakfast is very poor - do not bother opting for this, as it is not cheap ! Apart from those two points, the hotel is a very nice option for Samoëns - the barman was friendly and La Chien super cute ! Would definitely return.
