I came here as a fun 4 day experience that was part of a 4-5 week long road trip. The staff members there were all are polite and sweet. *Alexis* at the front desk was amazing and made sure to get us an extra mini fridge in the room so that the things we had on the road would not go bad. The rooms come with a mini fridge but much like other casinos, they are pre filled with alcohol/drinks. They also do not have a microwave. The hotel is beautiful with a great pool (surprisingly accessible with a long entrance ramp), large casino, and several restaurants. I only wish more of the restaurants had vegan options. I was limited where I could eat but I loved the Ginger restaurant. The waitress there, *Eden*, is such a sweetheart! We ate there multiple times when I did not feel like driving somewhere else, but there are other restaurants near the hotel like Silver Diner.
We came out to see DeRay Davis live at his comedy show, and it did not disappoint. His energy, timing, and ability to engage with the crowd had the whole place laughing from start to finish. If you're a fan of raw, real, and unfiltered comedy, this is the kind of show you don’t want to miss. The parking situation was hectic — there were people everywhere. It took a while to find a good spot, but that just shows how packed the event was. Clearly, we weren’t the only ones excited to see him perform. The venue itself was impressive. The casino was absolutely huge, with a buzzing atmosphere full of lights, games, and excitement. Even though I don’t gamble, I still enjoyed walking through and soaking in the vibe. One highlight of the evening, outside of the show, was the restaurant tucked away in the very back of the casino. The food was really good, the sweet tea was anti-diabetes, and the service was even better. Whether you're there to eat, laugh, or play, there's something for everyone. All in all, it was a great night full of laughs, good food, and unforgettable energy. I’d definitely go again. We didn't stay at the casino, so I can't speculate on those.
I had a really good experience staying at MGM National Harbor. The hotel is clean, modern, and well run. The gym was a nice surprise—spacious and fully equipped, and best of all, it was practically empty every time I went. Definitely not one of those tiny hotel gyms. The casino is great—large, lively, and well organized. Tons of tables and slots, and everything felt professional and high-end. Room was comfortable and staff were friendly throughout. I’d definitely come back. Perfect spot if you’re looking to stay somewhere fun but also relaxed.
