We had a wonderful stay at MGM Springfield! The hotel is modern, clean, and stylish; loved the unique decor. We chose it for a family trip to Six Flags and it didn’t disappoint. The staff provided helpful and attentive service throughout our stay, and free parking made things even easier. Our room wasn’t very spacious, but it was well-designed, super comfortable, and quiet. Perfect for a good night’s rest. The complimentary bottled water and in-room coffee were thoughtful touches. Just a heads-up: breakfast isn’t included. We enjoyed the pool and used the fitness center. Unfortunately, the spa was closed during our visit, but hopefully it’ll be open next time. There’s a food court with a nice variety of restaurants, plus a movie theater where we caught a film as a family and had a fun time! Also, there is a casino on site, though we didn’t check it out. Still, it’s great to have that option for those interested and looking for nightlife. Overall, a solid luxury stay with great service and amenities. Would definitely come back!
Look at the photos....everything is so perfectly adorable! Hands down this is the cleanest hotel ever. I'm fussy about a clean room. They clean all the teeny places that are often overlooked, and the cleaning staff is super friendly if you see them in the hallway. Even the hallways of the rooms are cute! The rooms have soothing sound machines. I love the shower. The front desk staff is also super friendly. Even the security staff at the casino entrances are wonderful. Nice relaxing poker room too!
Stayed at MGM Springfield for a work trip and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel rooms were super unique and well-designed. The casino was great — I enjoy gambling, so that was a fun bonus. We had a corporate event at Taps with good food, a fun vibe, and bowling. Only downside: it was a Tuesday, so most of the restaurants were closed. Not sure I’d come back just for a weekend, but it was perfect for a work trip with some play on the side.
