MH Hotel Lamm Rottweil

We stayed here for two nights in June in the family room, which worked well for our family with two teenage kids. The hotel is very modern and provides for great self-service. Not a lot of parking spots, but it's about a 20 minute walk from the train station. Not bad at all. We didn't see a lot of staff due to the self-service setup of the hotel, but the one time we needed something, we did find someone quickly and they were able to solve our issue. There is no air conditioning, but the nights are cool and opening the windows resulted in a great night's sleep. The hotel is located in the heart of what I think might be the coolest medium-sized town in Germany, Rottweil. The people are splendid, the food options amazing, and the old part of town is like something out of a novel. Just a splendid hotel to experience a splendid small town. Highly recommended! Oh- and the breakfast was amazing!

Excellent value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in process was easy. Room presentation, cleanliness and cosiness was exceptional. I can see that much effort was put into attention to details, (see pictures attached). '5-star' hotels in capital cities have much to learn from these guys. My comment/review is in comparison to my experience the night before at another local hotel (at about the same price per night). I would definitely recommend this place. Keep up the good work guys!

I have been in 36 countries and have never in over 50 years of travelling been treated so unfriendly, insensitive and indifferent by hotel employees as in this hotel. We complained about bugs in our bed and in the room, were offered another room which had these bugs too. The employee refused to come inside our room to inspect the complaint. He treated my wife in a way that was totally disrespectful and harsh.
