Another supercharger user here. How this hotel is still in business is beyond me. Looks very dated and is quite dark when you enter (already not very welcoming) which is topped by the absolutely rude staff. We were sent away after having requested to quickly change our baby in the bathroom. We would have been willing to grab a coffee as compensation or even pay for the bathroom use. But like this, we make sure never to return and hope other people stay clear as well. Not worth anybody's time and energy.
We were charging at the supercharger next to the hotel and the desk lady refused to let my pregnant wife to use the toilets. She sent us to really dirty construction site toilets with no paper. I’m a bit shocked.
The worst service ever. Despite being a supercharger place they only offer two plastic construction toilets with no water. The lady at the reception the most unfriendly person ever.
