Hotel was modern and service was very friendly. Dinner was part of my reservation and I was not hungry after three course meal - that was also really tasty. Nice sauna and pool area too, easy access to slopes - bus stops just is front of the hotel. I warmly recommend Mühle Resort 1900.
We came late and were welcomed by Oleg, a very nice man who also made a dinner reservation for us as well. He was fast and professional. Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. They offer a spacious parking lot across from the hotel, where parking is free, as well as an indoor garage for those who prefer it. A Tesla charger is also available, which was a nice touch. We booked the junior suite, and it was impressively spacious and impeccably clean. The room was comfortably warm, around 25-26 degrees Celsius, making it a cozy retreat. They don’t clean the room until you put a sign on the door. The spa was delightful, featuring two areas: one for those who prefer to go clothing-free and another where swimwear is required. The swimwear side boasts a large pool, a steam sauna, a traditional sauna, and an infrared sauna—though we couldn’t quite figure out how to use the latter. The spa wasn’t crowded, allowing us to relax on the lounge chairs with a book. Breakfast was satisfying, offering everything we needed, though I did wish for more fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, as they seemed to have been cut several hours earlier. On the plus side, they served fresh orange juice, the best creamy honey, and plenty of toppings for muesli. Dinner was served in the same dining room and featured a concise menu, which we appreciated. The staff was attentive, and when we had a minor issue, they addressed it with professionalism. The tables were spacious and well-placed, allowing for a comfortable dining experience. Conveniently, there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, making transportation easy for us. They even offered ski preparation services for a small fee, which was a fantastic addition to our stay. We spent five nights here and would definitely return. Thank you for making our trip truly wonderful!
Far from 4* With better management, this place could be truly great. Unfortunately, our stay left us quite disappointed. Check-in: There was no information provided at reception, no greeting, no welcome drink (even though everything seemed prepared for it), and no welcome gift — which we later found out was supposed to be included. When we arrived around 22:00, there was no receptionist available, only a bartender shouting at us. Unbelievable. Room: Not a single cleaning in four days. There was no tea, coffee, or kettle in the room — quite unusual for a 4-star hotel. Too soft mattresses that you fall into. SPA: The sauna was supposed to be 75–80°C but only reached 40°C. The outdoor whirlpool? Closed. Half of the showers were out of order. BREAKFAST: (Thank God we didn’t book dinner!) Some hotels assign you a table with your room number or family name — understandable. Here? Nothing. We picked a nice table by the window, only to be told we couldn’t sit there. Reason? “We don’t want to set the table twice just because you want to sit somewhere else.” Seriously? The food itself: 3 out of 5. Basic eggs, muesli, two types of cheese, three types of salami. They did have salmon and sparkling wine, which was a nice touch. But it would’ve been great to see more vegetables, pancakes, or porridge — something to reflect the 4-star status. The large kettle of boiling water did not work. Reading good reviews 5 years ago we can notice the difference, how the new management works.
