We stayed at the Tierra de Mar 38 penthouse in Denia from June 9th to 16th, 2023, and I must say that the family wants to give it the highest possible final rating. It's true that we had to request some assistance on the first day, but they were resolved satisfactorily and immediately. The relationship with the property managers Juan (at Homeprive) and Marisol (at the development) could not have been more cordial and friendly. The apartment's location next to the sea and the beach, with very clear waters, makes this the ideal place for families looking for a relaxing vacation. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice, the terraces are magnificent, the air conditioning units work well, and the general cleanliness upon arrival is excellent. I would return next year without hesitation.
We stayed at the Catamaran Apartment in June. The apartment was fantastic; we really enjoyed the large terrace and proximity to the beach. I'd also like to add that Juan was excellent. We had a last-minute setback, and thanks to him, we were able to finish our vacation without a bad taste in our mouths. Thanks for everything!
