Though the room was small, it had everything we needed and even had towel warmers and a hidden desk. The room was comfortable though, with the bathroom setup, I would make sure you're very comfortable when it comes to showers as there isn't a way to get your towels without leaving the shower. The communal areas were great and the rooftop view is nice. The drinks vending machines were great and I definitely had plenty of hot chocolate. There is currently construction but hopefully it eventually wraps up soon. I didn't hear any construction in my sleep. Compared to the price of other places in Queenstown, I would definitely return here again in the future.
Great concept, fantastic location. The terrace is fantastic and there are facilities like laundry available. Docking a point as none of the free drinks machines worked properly and the tea was not nice. Would prefer just an in room kettle/machine. Also, the housekeeping isn’t the best.
Clean, functional but tiny rooms with the toilet 1 foot away from the bed behind a glass door. Little privacy. The room was overheated and the AC somewhat ineffectual. If that sits okay with you, then the proximity to city center, nice/helpful staff and the roof top deck make this relatively inexpensive place a good find.
