MIA Luxe Properties at Mutiny Park Condominium Hotel

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return! The condo was stunning, comfortable and extremely clean. So many walkable places nearby and Lorelei is an absolute gem.

I had recently stayed here with my children this past July and as looking at the pictures advertised I really enjoyed how this unit looked. It felt like home away from home and look very luxurious by the pictures presented. When we got there it was as expected when we first walked in the unit I’m very very clean person, as I walk around to lay out my belongings I’ve noticed a lot of dust and dirt under the dresserUnder the beds the bathrooms didn’t even smell disinfected neither did the kitchen but yet staff clean they clean the unit according to “CDC” standards. That apartment was not clean that apartment look like it hasn’t even been touched I had to personally clean and disinfect that unit for me and my children to comfortably and safely stay there for our 10 day stay. I did reach out to the woman that coordinated our stay with videos and pictures of my complaints her response was her cleaning crew has been working for them for five years they are very professional as a healthcare worker that unit was not clean to nobody standards you can walk in the unit and smell that that unit has not been clean the counters were filthy it look like it was just wipe with water no disinfection at all. There are two other beds from the couch you can sleep on my children wanted to sleep on the couch and the bed under the couch you can clearly see the mattress was filthy ( big brown stain ) the extra sheets that were provided were not clean we had to clean them ourselves. I did complain I also had to extend my stay because I was into much pain to fly back home all the women did was “ Accommodate my extra two days and refund me the cleaning fee” Which I haven’t seen yet. Overall it is a nice unit a nice location but if it was clean and disinfected as expected I would’ve gave it a better review the restaurant is not great in the building and majority of the food in the area is not that great you’re better off going to the plaza 5 to 8 minutes away and getting better food choices or going to the fresh market and cooking yourself if you’re looking to save some money which I haven’t seen yet.
