Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay

Came early for a cruise...the hotel was great location near the port around 11 min away. The rooms were very clean, modern, staff is helpful and professional. Enjoyed the pool, the bar at the pool. As well as enjoyed dinner at the bar at the restaurant downstairs Coastal something was the name. The gym was also spacious with good equipment and nice view. I appreciated the balcony for moments fresh air was desired. Great location

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The balcony was a plus with a beautiful view, we had bay/city view. At check out the elevators were full and the wait time to get an elevator down was 15 -25 minutes. Please rectify that issue. Also, the front desk should let guests know there is a store/shops behind the front desk. The pool bar closes way too early.

Beautiful View, But Disappointing Pool Experience We recently stayed here with our family and had a mixed experience. Check-in was smooth, and our room was clean and offered a stunning view of the bay, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself has potential and the location is great. However, the pool area was a major letdown. For a hotel of this size, the pool was extremely small and, frankly, unhygienic. The moment we stepped in, we could see and feel grease, hair, and general grime—it was truly off-putting and unacceptable, especially for a Marriott-branded property. The pool bar also didn’t meet expectations. There was only one bartender working, and despite standing at the bar, our drinks took over 30 minutes to be served. This level of service and cleanliness simply did not align with the Marriott standard. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won’t be returning.
