I should have read the reviews before booking this. The standards at this place are appalling. There were serious issues with my room such as a lot of hair in the shower. When I say a lot of hair, I am not exaggerating. It was a lot of very long hair that shouldn’t be there if the shower had been cleaned. The shower is dark, so you cannot see if it’s clean or not but when I got in the shower, I could feel hair under my feet. So I grab as many as I could and put them in the white sink to show the style of how many. I took a picture and then went to the front desk to ask for explanations. I told them that it was not normal to find that much hair in the shower. It simply means that it has not been cleaned. I showed them the picture and requested to be moved to a different room that is clean. They told me it was impossible to do that, but it is a lie because on the website it was still possible to book a room. After they told me that I requested that they cancel my booking and refund me so I go somewhere else. They refused and told me I had to wait for someone to go and. 10 four minutes later a cleaning lady arrived at Reception and I’m being told by the front desk, but I have to go with the cleaning lady to the room to explain the Issue. By the issue issue was clear it was dirty full of hair and I hold the front desk already but they made me go and explain to the cleaning lady what was wrong. This is the ridiculous. This place was disgusting, I do not recommend anyone to go there. There are plenty of budget options around that same price, even on the same street where the standards are clearly better. Also, my room was placed in front of a huge vent, which I believe is the main conduit For AC in the hotel. It was incredibly loud right in front of my window.
