I stayed here because the distance from this hotel to IJN is very near. Overall it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I want to give a big shoutout to all the fantastic staff especially Arif, Yana, Priya, Nelly, Eddie, Ashiman and Elton. Thank you.

We had booked two rooms and sent advance emails requesting early check-in. We understand that such requests are subject to availability, and your team did acknowledge this beforehand. However, upon our arrival around 11 AM after a long-haul flight, we were informed that rooms would only be available at 3 PM, with no effort made to explore alternatives. The gentleman at the front desk responded in a dismissive and mechanical manner, lacking empathy or flexibility—despite us mentioning we were traveling with children who needed to rest and use basic facilities. Even when we offered to pay for early check-in or requested just one room to be prepared sooner, the tone remained curt and unaccommodating. Due to this, we had no choice but to step out and book another nearby hotel, which provided immediate check-in. We refreshed there and returned to your hotel only by 5 PM. That said, we wish to acknowledge that the lady staff members were warm and courteous, which we truly appreciated. We hope that the overall guest experienc especially at the front des can be enhanced by encouraging more compassionate and solution-oriented service in such situations.
