Room was unmade at 17.00 pm. I am still waiting to get in the room. No service was offer. Not even water or change the room after 2 hrs of waiting. Do not recomend just base on this first encounter. Maybe it will get better but from the getgo my experience here is very bad. Staff is 0 helpful or servicial. Never again. And first time ever in germany a room is not ready at 17.00.
I paid €80 for one night and informed the property in advance that I would be arriving after 10 PM. However, when I arrived, the reception was completely unmanned. Only thanks to the help of a guest and the hotel bartender was I able to find shelter for the night… in the sauna (I'm not joking!). I later discovered that two other guests had to sleep in the lobby, and another found their room already occupied. Completely disorganized—this property should be avoided. I only thank the hotel bartender who was the only one of the staff to help me as best he could. For the rest: highly discouraged!!
Absolutely unacceptable – I strongly advise against staying at this hotel! I booked a 3-person room for my family back in January via booking.com for the Grand Prix weekend in Landshut. I even received a reminder of the reservation on May 2nd – just one day before our arrival. When we arrived on May 3rd, I was shocked to find out that my reservation had been cancelled, something I only learned thanks to a translator app – since no one at the reception speaks English. After waiting an hour in a line of other angry guests, I finally got to speak to the manager. He made up a ridiculous excuse about a “system issue” and “double bookings from April.” I reminded him that I made my reservation in January. Only then did he graciously agree to "try to find a room" for us. The manager’s behavior was absolutely unprofessional and disgraceful – he even threatened guests that if they didn’t calm down and wait patiently, he would simply go home and leave everyone without help. Truly outrageous. After another hour and several conversations through Google Translate, we finally got a room – almost 3 hours after our arrival. But that wasn’t the end: we had booked a 3-person room, and were given a double room instead. A later receptionist (who, to our surprise, actually spoke English) told us that this was “normal in this hotel” and that they would just add an extra bed later. We didn’t have time to argue – we were assured everything would be handled, so we left for the speedway event. When we returned late at night, we found that the “extra bed” was nothing more than a thin mattress thrown on the floor. Scandalous. The family room we had booked clearly stated it included a double bed and a sofa bed. What we got was a bed plus a mattress on the floor. You can see for yourself in the attached photo what this hotel calls an “extra bed.” This hotel is an utter disaster – unprofessional staff, complete disorganization, dishonesty, and no sense of responsibility. It ruined what was supposed to be a fun family trip. Avoid this place at all costs. One star is too generous.
