Michel Hotel Russelsheim Frankfurt Airport

I stayed here over night due to a canceled Lufthansa flight. The room was dirty, there was a long black hair in my bed, mold in the shower, the Buffet for the 20€ voucher was a joke and they forgot the arranged wake up call. In my eyes this hotel is not on the level it should be as an German 4 stars graded hotel. With a distance of 18km from the airport it is not even practical for air travelers. With the special circumstances I was confronted with I was happy being able to sleep here for some hours, but I'd not stay here again voluntarily.

This is by far the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Even using the the hotel is a fraud This was given to us for free by the incompetent team at Lufthansa after they failed to send flights out and it just goes to show. The front desk gentleman was rude and dismissive from the moment we all got to the hotel Didn’t cater for enough people so we wasn’t able to eat. We wasn’t able to eat in the dinning hall and was told to go to our rooms. No clear reasons as to why this was. Breakfast was offer to us all from 6am. And when we left at 7am it still wasn’t opened. When asked if there was anywhere around to eat we was told he was “To busy to help” and to top it off was told he was unable to get a coffee as the machine is now turned off. The room was awful. Not enough bedding. The bathroom shower was falling apart. The smell is horrible and their was food left around the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend you stay here if the room was offered for free and for the love don’t pay for the stay

Thank for the worst experience for the one night stay. I won't even mention that the radiator in the room didn't work and even though we asked at reception twice to get that fixed - No one bothered to show up. We asked for the statement that no breakfest will be given to us due to earlier leave so that we could ask for reimbursement from the Airline. Imagine our surprise when we discovered there is no open reception at 5:30 am when we were leaving the hotel, not to mentioned promised statement. However, cherry on the top was shuttle bus that was supposed to be leaving to the airport every 30 min from 4:30 am and for which we signed in at the reception during our check in. In fact there wasn't any bus and we had to order a taxi for 30€ in order to make in time. Thank for that unforgettable experience.
