Michelangelo Grand Hotel

I really like staying at this hotel so far! The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very clean and our room is very comfortable. We had to call down to get help with our toilet and they helped us right away! I appreciated the included breakfast so we weren’t looking for breakfast every day outside of the hotel. They have an amazing breakfast selection!! Way better than US hotels. The location is great because it’s easy walking distance to everywhere. We would stay here again!

Good staff. Very accomodative with early check-ins, etc. Clean toilets. Our room felt little musty. Breakfast was good with good timings. Its nice that they have an in-house beer spa. Very good location with access to multiple supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, etc.

Decent enough hotel, bit hit-and-miss though. Really good location, well presented and the room was nice. A few things were below what we'd have expected though: the breakfast area got very busy, unless we got down promptly it was a bit of a scramble to find a table or any space at the buffet; WiFi was so slow that we tended to just use our 5G instead; housekeeping took some of our dirty towels but didn't replace them till we phone reception (but replaced them very quickly at that point).
