Firstly I have to say the location was amazing, having a balcony right of top of the hill was amazing giving us a challenge getting to the hotel what that was ok. The food was good giving us a good variety of the food. The pool area was amazing giving us 4-5 pools to use. Also giving us activities ruled by Jodi and Rodrigo. We played water polo, some yoga and volleyball and much more. The bar was good, having good drinks, beer and ice cream. There was a lot of sun-beds to use. The service was good giving us was we needed and if we had any problems they would sort it amazingly. The staff were amazing always greeting us if we saw them. Jodi was amazing he’s just a pleasant guy to be around always making the time there enjoyable for everyone. He had so much care to take care of everyone is was amazing giving a smile every time we saw him. The late night parties, disco and bingo were amazing oh also forgot Greece night showing off their beautiful cultural dance really showing how much they want to enjoy your time being there and learning about the Greek culture. Rodrigo played uno and a lot of other stuff hosting some of the water games. They always come and invite you to play with them and the rest and I must say it’s amazing. They play fairly and it’s a good thing to meet new people.

Absolutely shocking place , it’s like a prison. Very old fashioned, the 2 small swimming pools are so dirty they are unbelievable! Food is non edible Mangers on reception rude . Demanding cash asap Locks on room door unsafe No locks on the pool toilets Pool showers are ice cold Lots of nicer hotels around

I didn't book personally the group I was with booked this place. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this place. It was horrible. 1. The WIFI never worked unless you were in the dining room. 2. They ONLY take cash NO credit card. 3. There is a ATM up the road you can utilize. 4. The bar hasn't been open for a couple of months. 5. The ONLY restaurant open on property was Mythos NOT owned by hotel but they're ONLY open dinner hours but we're pretty good. 6. They were very rude and demeaning and the ONLY worker that was nice was the girl who worked the 3pm-11pm shift 7. They're in the middle of NOWHERE I mean NOWHERE. They're like an hour away from the airport. 8. We had to book a taxi to go to airport to catch flight to Athens and it was a 100 euros there and 80 euros back. 9. That's how deep this place is 10. Needless to say the person who booked for us didn't do adequate research. 11. We were stuck because it was SOOO expensive to go anywhere. 12. There is a Downtown area not far from resort which was nice with shops and restaurants but that's it and beach not too far. 13. You can't actually choose your room they choose for you. 14. The room our friends were in had water leakage from bathroom sink so it cause plywood to lift and water Damage in room. Took them 2 days to get a new room. 15. It was supposed to be all inclusive but was not. We ONLY got breakfast and dinner. No lunch and had to pay for ALL drinks except drinks for breakfast which was juice. 16. There is a bus to catch up the road if you want to go into town but didn't find out til after 2 days of being there because if you ask questions they tell you they don't understand or don't speak English. 17. There is NOTHING to do on property for it to be all inclusive l. Come to find out it's a half board NOT all inclusive. 18. Fresh towels EVERY 2 days and sheets EVERY 3 days. 19. They DO NOT offer wash cloths you have to bring your own. However we were told by a friend who recently visited Greece Europeans don't usually offer wash clothes so we were already prepared and bought our own. 20. The bed OMG felt like you were sleeping on a box spring not a mattress VERY uncomfortable. I say part of this is our fault because we should have done research and ask questions. But we trusted someone to to this and turned out horrible.
