Great room, large and clean. Friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely go back.
This little hotel is just outside Berlin's city centre, but for those with a car, it is a super hotel offering great value for money. From the beginning I was impressed with the friendly and helpful service from the receptionist. But then the size of the well equipped rooms , which are very clean and comfortable, really pleased us. The icing on the cake is the small wellness area down in the basement which includes a well equipped fitness room and our favourite, the saunas with chill out area. An added bonus is that there is plenty of on-street parking right in front of the hotel plus multiple ways to get into the city centre with public transport. I highly recommend this place for a stress free trip to Berlin.
My daughter is locked out from the hotel room apparently arrived too late after watching a band play. Been trying to get into the hotel since midnight. It is now 01:40 and they now have to find another hotel to stay safe. NOT impressed. No one answering the telephones. Poor service.
