Stayed over night for a ball tournament. Front desk had goody bags for the kids (awesome surprise after a long drive). Breakfast was fine. Rooms were new and comfortable. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. They allowed early check in. Good location. Thank you!!!!

I wish I could give them 10 stars for service. I am a manager of a baseball team that came to Fort McMurray for some league games. Booking a block of rooms was so easy, they accommodated special requests and gave our coach a room for free. Check in was a breeze , the front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They even had branded check in gifts for all our players. Highly recommend staying here for your sporting events.

It was ok. I usually stay at the Marriott next door but that was full. I got the main road facing room and it got noisy with vehicle traffic. Pillows were much huge than what I am used to. I was there for 4 nights and got little to no sleep. I was glad to get home after this. I’m surprised because it’s owned by the same company as the Marriott and the hotel noise levels seems different. That or just take rooms facing the back
