Good hotel in case that you have to making business in public health ministry, room is ok, buffet is ok. There's a shuttle van to public health ministry for free in the morning.

Hotel is quite ok, service is not good as I expect. If you book through Agoda, your room might be canceled without notice in advance and you will not have room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the service at the front desk. One of the female staff members — the smallest and thinnest among the team — lacked basic service mind. She had an unfriendly expression, didn’t offer any information about breakfast, the gym, or the swimming pool, and seemed unwilling to engage with guests. When she handed me documents to sign, it was done in a rude, indifferent manner. I asked for some details, and her responses were curt and unhelpful, as if she didn’t want to be there. Thankfully, another female staff member, who was much more polite and professional, stepped in to explain everything clearly. It’s disappointing that the first impression at the front desk was so poor. I hope the hotel provides better training in guest service, as this behavior affects the overall experience.
