Middle Eight Covent Garden Preferred Hotels and Resorts

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it continues to impress. The location is excellent, and the rooms are great. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding service. The reception staff are particularly noteworthy — they always go out of their way to accommodate special requests, such as early check-ins, which I really appreciate. While the breakfast service can be a bit slow, I was happy to see that they've recently reintroduced self-service options for certain items, which is a welcome improvement. Overall, I always enjoy my stays here and look forward to returning!

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere felt exclusive and special without the hefty price tag. Excellent value for money and a truly enjoyable experience. Would happily stay again!

This was a return visit to Middle Eight for the theatre. Once again it was superb; lovely room which was quiet and thoughtful “welcome back” touch of macarons ( my favourite). All staff were very welcoming and helpful but especially the reception staff We had a meal in the restaurant which I thought was reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel. We did have to wait a little while to be served but were still acknowledged. Another wonderful stay, thank you.
