Midtown Hotel

I travel a lot in the world, but I have never encountered service like that of the hotel staff. Everyone is exceptionally courteous. Every request is attended to quickly. I am careful not to mention names lest I forget one of them. Believe me, everyone is amazing. The food at breakfast is rich and varied. The rooms are large and spacious, and well-equipped. The cleanliness is exceptional. The room is cleaned every day and the linens are changed. The hotel manager, Mr. Kamel, is a dear and attentive man. The spa is excellent with excellent massages. I stayed there twice and each time I received a personal letter with a variety of treats, including fruit, crackers, cookies, and even wine. I feel like a family member there and I managed to get to know almost everyone. For those visiting Baku, don't hesitate at all. The hotel is excellent. There is a huge supermarket 100 meters away, which is open 24/7, making it very convenient to stock up on treats. Every time I was disappointed, I really missed it. Its location is on a main thoroughfare, so you can quickly get anywhere in the city center by taxi. To all the dear staff, I love you all.
