We were passing through the area and stayed at this Comfort Inn... it is older and vintage... The room was nice size... the beds super comfortable... and the breakfast delicious... Everyone was nice and helpful... had not realized it was a town that had a lot of attractions... we will definitely visit again in the future...

Great Evening Service, But Breakfast Came with a Side of Attitude We stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Ruidoso, New Mexico. The evening manager who checked us in was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service — definitely a strong start to our stay. However, the next morning told a different story. When we went down for breakfast around 8:00 a.m., we noticed they were out of yogurt. We asked the breakfast attendant if more could be brought out, and instead of a simple response, she returned with a box, slammed it down, and refilled the refrigerator quite aggressively. When we asked about biscuits and gravy, she responded with an extreme attitude that made us feel more like a bother than a guest. The contrast between the warm check-in and the cold breakfast service was disappointing. A little kindness in the morning goes a long way — we hope management takes note and improves the breakfast experience to match the hospitality we received when we checked in.

Thank you Kristy and Staff for a wonderful stay. Front Desk was very knowledgeable as patient as it was a busy weekend. Only problem was the TV kept going out in our room. Plan on bringing a Roku if visiting 😂. We definitely will be staying again.
