Very good stay, nice room. The massage at the spa was very good. Breakfast was perfect
No welcome drinks/fruits etc when checkin in. Room is okay, but not too modern. The feeling of the old shangri-la hotel is still there.
The hotel enjoys a fantastic location with great convenience for getting around the city. However, I was quite disappointed with the condition of the room. There was a persistent odor, resembling mold, which wasn’t resolved even after the reception provided an air purifier. The bedsheet had an unpleasant sour, sweaty smell, and the pillows also seemed to carry a strong odor—perhaps it's time to replace them entirely, not just change the covers. Overall, the experience did not meet the standards I expected from a Shangri-La property。
