I stayed here with my partner for 4 nights. I have no idea why it is getting bad reviews. The room was a good size, the staff were all super helpful and it's walking distance to a lot of the main sights! It is super quiet at night and I slept really well. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Wonderful exterior, interior, reception area with a great staff. Water also kept at the reception which was a nice touch. Its located in a Quiant part of Vienna, hence its a quiet & relaxing area. The room & bathroom was spacious & extremely nice. Location: 5 mins walk to closest metro, 15 mins walk to the metro which takes u directly to the main bus/train station. 2 mins walk to nearest tram stop. No views from the room. Area of the hotel is nice but not old town bustling which was fine for me but others might want to stay nearer to Stephenplatz etc.
Excellent hotel in a central location. Customer service was great. Hotel was clean and well kept. Only recommendation is that they purchase a new coffee machine for breakfast as it never worked properly. The breakfast staff worked very hard to repair it and get us coffee from the kitchen.
