Quality hotel, neat & tidy. Continental free breakfast, good swimming pool, etc. The lift is a bit scary as it closes suddenly. You need not soil the bedsheet and pillow covers, if so, it costs you 400-2009 TB. No tooth brush & paste provided.
The place is huge and more space to us to run around and do things. The kids and us were very happy. we love the kids club and the package stay and buffet dinner was worth going and worth the money. We will definitely go back next year.
Warning to all travelers! We stayed at Mike Garden Resort (Indorama Group, Batch 18 Aug – 22 Aug) and had one of the WORST experiences of our trip. The hotel staff charged us 1200 THB (approx. ₹2,800 INR) for a tiny, negligible spot on the bedsheet which could easily be washed. Instead of resolving it politely, they threatened to call the police to scare us into paying. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and feels like harassment. We are a group of people and all of us felt cheated. If a hotel exploits guests like this, it shows they care nothing about hospitality. We strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are much better and more honest places to stay in Thailand. 👉 We demand a refund of 1200 THB and an official apology for this shameful incident.
