I recently stayed at Marriott Hotel – Milan, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Ms. Ana, the Duty Manager, who demonstrated outstanding professionalism and attention to every detail. As a representative of the hotel, she made me feel completely at home, and her polite and attentive approach had a big impact on my comfort. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I truly appreciated her help in providing the appropriate upgrade and ensuring that every aspect of my stay was smooth and enjoyable. She answered all my questions with great patience and was quick to offer help whenever needed. During our conversation, she mentioned that she had visited several Marriott properties in Dubai, and I believe this experience contributed significantly to her polished hospitality skills and her ability to make guests feel relaxed and valued. This experience has strengthened my trust in the Marriott brand. Having dedicated professionals like Ana is what truly elevates hospitality and guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a team that genuinely cares about the guest experience.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel and it’s in a great location. Room was newly remodeled and hotel was very nice overall! Just be sure this hotel meets your needs. As of June 2025 there is no gym, spa, barely a restaurant and just other services you expect at a Marriott in a major city are missing because of construction right now, I know that’s nobodies fault and remodeling is good but just something to keep in mind. I had a great stay here 👍🏻
had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at the Marriott Hotel in Milan. The front desk staff were beyond unhelpful – particularly one of the receptionists (an Asian woman, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) who was unbelievably rude and aggressive. She actually shouted at us when we asked for clarification on our reservation. Shouting at guests? In a supposed 4-star hotel? Her tone was disrespectful, her attitude dismissive, and her behavior completely unprofessional. We felt humiliated and unwelcome. It honestly ruined the first impression of our trip. We expected a certain level of courtesy from a Marriott property, but this was appalling. If this is how they treat paying guests, I can’t even imagine how they handle real issues. I would seriously advise others to think twice before booking here.
