It was a super comfortable stay. The location is perfect. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Baku. The staff is very hospitable and polite. Breakfast was delicious and there were many options for both vegetarian and non vegetarian. The desserts were delectable. Price for a four star hotel is definitely worth it.
I stayed in this hotel for 4 days every thing was perfect. Reception was perfect and nice. Location was good, because it was near to US embassy for those who go for visa, and it was only 20 mins walk to city's touristic places. The only bad thing about the hotel that could be better was there was nothing for eat except breakfast and it didn't had room service for breakfast. (even tea)
It's impossible to be 4 stars hotel, it's very dirty and very bad hotel. I booked 2 rooms for 5 days, but I checked out after one night because when I checked in, I found the bed sheets very dirty with black stains, and the shower in bathroom very dirty and the breakfast is extremely basic and the dinning restaurant can fit about 10 to 15 people only. One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in, and I definitely don't recommend it to any family.
