Absolutely Exceptional Stay at The Milestone Hotel From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and had a real touch of luxury. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—everything from the welcome drink to the turndown service was perfectly executed. The location is ideal, right across from Kensington Gardens, and the hotel itself has a timeless charm. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a refined and memorable London stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

The High Tea Service at the Milestone Hotel exceeded our expectations! The food, service, and venue were exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. We were seated in a quiet nook in the room used for the Tea Service, surrounded by warm furnishings and beautiful architecture. Paolo and Team provided excellent service and a tour of the hotel dining rooms and chapel. It was the highlight of our trip. Not to be missed--Highly Recommended!

We landed up at this fine hotel by default after our booking.com accomodation was cancelled on us!!!!! Less than 48 hours to go to our arrival and sometimes, as in this case, things just work out for the best. This is old class 5 star, from the staff, to the accommodation to the service and food. You deserve your 5 stars and more. Just wow. Staff are the friendliest, nicest and most helpful I’ve ever come across. Nothing was too much hassle. Our room was impeccably cleaned with little extra touches along the way that show guests how appreciative they are of your stay. Food was exceptional as well. Fresh, beautifully presented and top class. Thank you Milestone Hotel. We will be back here that’s for sure.
