We had our wedding at the Millcroft Inn & Spa and it was nothing short of incredible! From start to finish, the entire day ran so smoothly and was handled with such care and attention to detail. The venue itself is stunning — our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the space was and how amazing the food and staff were. The whole team went above and beyond to make the day special. Special thanks to Jon, who was incredibly organized and professional every step of the way. He even offered a ride in his air-conditioned car before the ceremony, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture on a hot summer day! Angelina was also fantastic — making sure every little detail was in place before things began and even bringing a fan to help keep us cool. It’s those little touches that truly made a difference. Diana was wonderful during the reception. She was warm, accommodating, and ensured everything went off without a hitch. The next morning, all of our decorations and belongings were neatly packed and ready for us, which made things so easy and stress-free. We can't say enough great things about our experience at the Millcroft. Highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding or special event!

We booked a room in the Main Mill and had a wonderful one night stay. We booked a River view room and had a gorgeous view overlooking the river/stream and falls. The room was spacious with a comfortable King size bed and a newly renovated bathroom. The property is gorgeous with beautiful big trees and lush gardens. The visitor parking lot is closer to the spa than the main building where you check in so depending on how many bags you have, I suggest having one person stay with the bags in front of the main building while you park the car. We only had one large bag so we were fine to walk back to the main building from the parking lot. There is a restaurant on site and it has a lovely patio overseeing the river but we found it overpriced so went into town and had dinner at Barley Vine Rail Co and it was amazing, delicious food and a beautiful patio and enjoyed beer flights. With an overnight booking at the Inn, you can visit the hot spring pools at no additional cost so we spent a few hours doing that after we checked in. We didn’t have to make a reservation and there was enough seating outside. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because the outdoor space with the plunge pools could be better kept. The umbrellas and chairs are dirty and some of the pools had dirt in them and tiles missing. Also, there is no staff monitoring the outdoor space so much of the seating is taken up with towels left behind by guests. Thank you to the front desk staff at the inn for acknowledging my birthday and for the great customer service.

The Millcroft Inn & Spa is located in a truly beautiful setting—peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by nature. The views are stunning, and it’s definitely a relaxing place to get away from the city. That said, for the price, the overall experience didn’t quite meet expectations. The hotel itself feels quite dated and could really use some upgrades and better maintenance. It has charm, but not the level of comfort or luxury you’d expect at this price point. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed our meals, but the service wasn’t quite as refined or polished as you’d expect from a place in this price range. The staff and servers were all friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. They surprised us as they figured out it’s our anniversary. Overall, it was a fine stay, but I don’t feel it was worth the premium pricing. Worth visiting for the views and food, but manage your expectations if you're looking for a high-end experience.
